Understanding what size tank for your needs is essential. We're happy to assistance you in selecting appropriately sized tanks for renting, purchasing, and installation. We offer above-ground tanks of all sizes for sale or rent. We also perform routine maintenance and repair of propane tanks and propane tank components.

Propane Delivery 

Give the office a call Mon – Fri 8AM -5PM or Sat 8AM – 12 Noon to schedule delivery. All propane deliveries require an established Red River Farm Coop account in your name and correct address. If you do not yet have an account, please call us at (940) 665-4338 or 800-750-2374 so we can authorize an account in your name.

We at Red River Farm Coop take safety seriously. Safe home delivery service requires your propane tank to be located near your driveway and free from any obstacles. You should regularly monitor your propane tank for optimal safe conditions. Knowing when to call for your delivery is essential in preventing an interruption of service, place your order when your tank’s gauge is @ 25%.

 Remember, a tank is filled to a maximum of 80%.

Programs Available 

Fall Fill Program and Pre-Buy Special


We like to give our customers an incentive for filling their propane tanks before cold weather arrives. To assist this effort, we offer a special price on propane if a customer schedules to fill their tank during the Fall Fill Program's time frame. For the Fall Fill Program (Starts August 15th each year) you simply contact the office to place your order. Delivered Gallons will be at the Special Rate. (Minimum Delivery 125 Gallons)

We also allow you to PRE-BUY up to twelve months of propane at this discounted price during this time frame. Please realize, cash propane prices could fall below this price during the next twelve months, however, PRE-BUYING  this amount per gallon will protect you from even higher propane prices, should they occur. To PRE-BUY, send your payment to the office for the total amount of gallons you wish to purchase at the special rate. Once your purchased gallon’s price is locked in, it will not change until August 31st of the following year.

Average Payment Program

After you have been provided propane service for over one year you are eligible to be considered for a monthly payment plan. This provides you with 12 payment installments to offset your propane usage. This prevents you from having to pay the entire balance at the time of delivery. This program does not lock in your price per gallon; it only attempts to level your payments throughout the coming year. If you participate in this program, you must make your payment every month, even when you do not have an outstanding balance.          

 Emergency Propane Delivery Service

Should you find yourself in an emergency situation such as equipment failure or propane leak, call us at (940) 665-4338 or 800-750-2374 so we can take appropriate action and get your service restored as quickly as possible. Because we do no not normally make propane deliveries after hours, our emergency service is designed to remedy occurrences out of the customers' control such as a gas leak, etc. It is not intended for oversights such as allowing yourself to run out of gas. 

Run Out of Gas?

It is really inconvenient to run out of gas. All your propane appliances stop working at the same time. Hot showers. Warm bedrooms. Home-cooked meals. Dry clothes. All in the past - until the propane truck arrives. Give us a call during business hours and we'll fill your tank ASAP.
Because of safety concerns, all propane companies are required by law to perform a Leak Test of your propane system before the system can be turned back on after you run out of propane.

We also like to let our customers know  they have the option of applying for Utility Assistance through The Texoma Council of Governments Energy Services Department.
